I haven't bought from them for a while now, so I wouldn't know if the customer service is terrible now, same with the products--as you and others mention. When I did buy from them, my experience was very good.

I made my 1st and last purchase with this company. I recived a old, cheimical smelling Smashbox lipgloss from them. It was obviously bad. I emailed twice with no answer. If you start to reserch this company you will be well advised to stay away. I wish I had.

Love your blogg! you have nice skin! can you tell me which color of double wear(3w or 4w) is the closest match to revlon colorstay natural tan (c/o)..a side by side swatch woulds be nice if u can...if not i appreciate the info...I live all the way in Trinidad and Tobago and i can only purchase ELDW online from the states so i have to get the color right...cuz return shipping is expensive from here..help..pretty please!

If Sand is too light, Tawny is a good choice. Go to the EL counter and ask for a sample, they provide them in cute little bottles.

I can't answer that since the numbering in MUFE foundations don't go from lightest to darkest. Check Temptalias foundation matrix.

I am also looking for a shade match in ELDW. I find that Sand is too light. I havent tried Tawny. I'm an NC30 in MAC and it oxidizes on me after hours of wearing it. DO you think Tawny will work on me?

They are beautiful and look so natural and real. I am gonna get some and try this, amazing. So far I've tried the strips and they look so fake on me. Thank you for the advice about waiting a min with the strips. Probably what I did wrong. But still, these individual lashes look way better
